CANCELS & RESCHEDULES
We value your time, & our beauty professionals have booked out the proper amount of time on their schedule devoted just to you. They require a 48 hour notice to cancel, or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or no show, with less than 48 hours, there is a $50 fee. You can change your appointment by contacting your beauty professional directly, not the salon. Thank you!
REFUNDS
Due to Covid, there are no refunds, exchanges or returns on retail products. All sales are final. There are no refunds on hair services, or nails. Please contact your beauty professional if you need to discuss a re-do.
REDO'S
If you are not satisfied with your hair or nails, contact your beauty professional directly. They may be able to offer a complimentary adjustment. Please contact them within 2-5 days of your service. If it is a major change to your cut or color, additional charges may apply.
DIRECTIONS
From 8 East. Exit Fletcher Parkway, turn right on Baltimore Drive. Immediately make a U-turn. You'll see our gray building and 'down' parking lot to your right.
From 8 West. Exit El Cajon Blvd, turn right on Baltimore Drive. You'll see our gray building and 'down' parking lot to your right.
DO NOT TURN into the Costco & Mc Donald's parking lot. You'll get stuck - it does not go through. Our exit is on Baltimore Drive. It's a small parking lot entrance.
